Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or customization reasons. These will be clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Customized or personalized products.
Items purchased during clearance or sale events (unless damaged or defective).
Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will gladly offer:
A replacement, or full refund.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the issue.
